Sorry but I don't see how getting 200m Thieving is hard. I'm currently going to 200m Thieving and gaining atleast 3m XP per day. I'm not saying that I'm better than you. I just don't understand how you are training Thieving for several years and still aren't 1b Thieving XP. I hope you don't read this as a flame because it is not the purpose. oh you're going for 1b theiving now :rollseyes: off the topic of typos, it is getting easier to get 200m in a chosen skill and many only take a few months, theiving is one that can easily be knocked out in 3 with "regular" (no I don't want to debate what this means) play time. To say impossible degrades the strength of human addiction, or in the case of one skill, persistence :ugeek:

maybe after 5b because technically id need 1 for all the staves... we will see and yeah idk with a desert task set you may be right...

I'm interested primarily in the tabs\hr and ess\inv.. Since the less ess you use per inv the more tabs you need to collect, so just wanna see how those two affect everything. I had the same math as the aptly named "coconut bodywash" it is effectively 133.33 tabs an hr with the 50% save. 48 ess per 20 second trip when crafting (small large giant)

ZMI is 65k/h, so 2769 hours and 830m. That makes 3.4m/h, which is still not possible at TDs or Glacors. However charms and the few effigies (well few, quite a lot in 2769 hours :P) totally make it up. You must either have a year worth of homework at 10 hours a day or go crazy at ZMI for GOP to be worth it. Also a good amount of combat Xp if you chose ZMI + PvM. Plus it's more enjoyable. But that's my opinion. Thanks for the math and yeah totally depends on the individual. Everyone has their afk needs c: Personally using the blood tabs is probably harder than zmi so I wouldnt really enjoy it enough as I would need to. Altarless RC for me

How do players feel about RC being ~40k an hr now, 1.5m profit and more than 50% afk? (50% chance of saving blood tabs, winning every GOP game) (inefficient but much more tolerable, I wouldnt be surprised if many high ranked afkers do this.) AAAAAAlllllso not efficient but for some time barrows will be 4m+ an hr. I dont think the trading in 39 frosty bones for bonemeal instantly and using slime teles is worth it, but I could be wrong.

It won't change much as far as I can see. Only a fraction of all RS players could 'play' effigyscape due to their stats and/or wealth. Now with the loyalty thing every noob can get as much points as the top players, but that's the only similarity I can think of. I don't think a lot of players would determine their play style by the aura's they chose to buy, let alone it takes months just to buy a single t4. Maybe in a year (or two) the top 15 could be highly influenced by aura's yes, but to call RS 'aurascape' is too much. I'm sure rocktail's gonna be the big thing for the average player though. 2 years roughly to be able to have a t4 on 100% of the time (not that you should activate while swapping skills mind you :P) Most comp capers+ will be around for 2 years, enough to see auras impact their playing style greatly. That is my take, could be wrong.

Just how many charms do you have exactly? :shock: I'm more curious about the secondaries and shards. We demand pictures! The people demand pictures! I dont think he has shards backed, they take huge amount of money and are easy to buy in bulk so there is no need to bank them secondaries were banked a long time ago, and no i dont have the 20b in shards atm, I'll get before i train it though prolly.

im 14.617m summ with like 183m banked :P tbh I would recommend suomi do a mix of black demons and waterfiends, black demons when he needs to afk, waterfiends when he doesnt... Also, I love waterfiends, they are fun and somewhat relaxing, in a nice area with decently long (2 hour) trips. however, that being said he is 200m range so he loses some of the benefit players like myself gain from black demons so waterfiends are easily the best option.

rank 9 sure, rank 1 no, was never going for it. we'll see what drumgun and dapledo do, tbh i wont be getting too fast exp camping black demons 9.2 hrs a day for 3 months. PS i knew you were kidding i just dont want to perpetuate the inaccuracy of claims regarding my goals

You're talking about someone playing a lot in a 200m all skills thread. He obviously sometimes lies about his playtime because he's self concious about it, and these sort of posts isn't going to make him feel better about it. Anonymity gives people a degree of comfort that allows them to be so much more rude than they would ever be in real life. I agree with Jadinko here, why go out of your way to put down another person, is that fun for you or are you just jealous? Nonetheless, back to the main topic, even if he did one day of 20 hours, that doesn't mean that he is doing that every day.

I ivy when i absolutely cannot pay attention, for example in class. Today is a Monday and a prime example of the benefits of ivy (on a phone), I had class from 1:35 pm to 9:00 pm, got a 6hr log in that time I cut so much ivy, better than the past 2 months when i didn't even log in on Mondays. Pretty sure rs isn't playable on a phone? Or is there something I'm missing If you phone supports Java it is playable, also there are ways around it if it doesn't support java. Countless phones dating back almost a decade "support" and even run on java, that doesn't mean they support runescape. I use a VNC on my phone, runs RS at about 25FPS. Easily playable.

Technically hunter/summoning are the most efficient things to do as they have the most front-load time, no? I'll probably cave and do herby though. (refer a friend for summoning) :thumbup:

I don't see what you were expecting =P Actually, it's a bit closer to 45.5/run going off my sample of 3.6k torstol seeds post 99. And yes I worded that post kinda wrong. I'm pretty disappointed with my averages with greenfinger; more deaths than usual so lower harvests and therefore below average greenfinger activation. As for remote farm, yes I have it but I don't use it often since I usually log out in between herb runs. When I do use it, I log the cured patches as death. Back on topic: Dragon, what are your plans for the next few months? I'm guessing it depends on when auras are released. 199.5m fletch, 200m hits, 200m atk def str 200m range most likely (depends on updates)

Think this question as been raised, answered, and even hidden atleast three times in the few hundred pages I've kept up with this thread. Their is no straight answer as you are asking a matter of opinions. But for me it is because it actually helps me study. I'm a maxed player and an upper class-men in college. I spend a fair amount of time at ivy and doing dailys/weeklys because I enjoy the routine and the ivy actually helps me study as I get too bored otherwise. It keeps me focus and I'll average 6-8 hours of day but that also forces 6-8 hours of atleast moderate studying a day. My case is more unique then general, but I think your comment is more geared to what Dragonseance posted, and he is a college student too and if you manage to enjoy both worlds runescape/academia then I see it as very much worth it. I look at it as taking my time seriously as I never seem to have enough of it. Have I ever played rs a bit too long, sure; have I ever missed a class or done poorly on a test because of it, nah. The dialectic among players, especially skillers is what I really value in this game. Much of RS's dedicated following stems from the fact that you can take it to a meta level. Just my opinion.

Hello newfriends, I have refrained from posting here in the past as I have some very enthusiastic fans that may have rubbed some here the wrong way but I thought this was an important enough occasion to break this silence and start conversing with some of the most knowledgeable & efficient Scapers around. After researching auras I believe that are a lot more useful than many people think. The xp rates in this video are calculated using the 'average maximum' meaning d hatchet and arctic pines is 131k instead of 140k, etc. as 720 logs is easily obtainable hour after hour. The only exception for this was thieving, as gemeos2 (He is Gone) gave me his maximum hrs at pp being 300k, and i calced it to 300,600 as a maximum. However, as I rule i used 111k fishing instead of 139k for c2s, 288k instead of 305k for draconics etc. Thanks for having a look guys and I hope to post here more in the future.
