So reading through wikia and stuff, I see that the cost of making one is significantly cheaper then buying the full platebody on the ge how hard is it for someone to buy the shards and have someone make one for you?

Have the option (and can afford) to get 99 FM would 93K Maples or 48K yews be better? Im leaning toward Maples..
