Just a warning to all: If you have 2 or more special voyages that all require a specific skill-based visitor (e.g. The Missionary), then you can only choose to go on one of the special voyages before the visitor disappears. I decided I would go on an easier special voyage and ended up missing a chance to give my scroll mission a go.
Literally the only problem I had so far was failing every single special voyage contract of the day. All but one had over 75%, including one that was rocking an 84% success chance. Kind of bugged me, but if it keeps the newer armors and materials more rare, then I'm up for the challenge.
I think the wait is the only thing that's going to keep the armor prices down. That and the scarcity of the resources needed to make them. Gotta also take that into account.
[spoiler=Spoiler:A little tip for more successful missions. .]Investing into your ship early on is a good idea guys. Found a lot of success with missions by investing to my hull and a "single cannon". The cannon helps a lot by replacing the need for combat based crew members. It allows you to focus a lot more on Seafaring or Morale based crew members. Also it goes a long way in helping the missions where you need something ridiculous like 1600 combat to have 100% success. So again... Invest into your ship. It's definitely worth it, especially on your deck hotspots.
Managed to pick up this bad boy while doing a few QBD's before studying. Took at least 7 pictures as a reaction. This is only my 3rd item from her and I wasn't expecting it at all.
