Ok haven't updated in a while so theres a lot to add now. (i didn't screenshot all my levels) So firstly, I decided to do the fremennik hard tasks, finish all the fremennik quests and do mahjarrat memories. This got me from 65 to 73 divination :D 66 67 68 69 70 71 72 73 I then decided to level all my skills that were within 100k of a level to get myself to 2.4k total as fast as possible. Firstly, I did a few laps of agility Then I did some crafting and fletching while merchanting in the GE (forgot to screenshot fletching, but got 94) I went back to slaying for a bit and got 95 slayer Then finished it off with a firemaking and a farming level :) So it's been a productive week rs-wise. shame it's distracting me from my revision ;) I also wouldve got a couple of construction levels from wbs but it seems like I'm busy every time warbands is on, so haven't been able to do any for the last few days

Did some warbands for cons/farm xp, and got another farming level and decided to do some divination, as I want to get that 2.4k total asap

So this morning i did a farm run and got a farming level I then decided to do some quests (mountain daughter, royal trouble and glorious memories) to work towards majharrat memories. As rewards from the th keys I got some WC experience which levelled me and also got Ice styke, Dark beast, Jungle stryke and Abby spectre masks. So at least I got the 2 I wanted. Also, I bought the ability to fletch broad arrows and about 200k heads/shafts and am doing some fletching whenever I'm standing around, so expect some fletching levels soon ;)

I bought the ability today, and have about 60k arrowheads/headless arrows banked (they bought in ge this time and clanmates helped me out)

Nice progress man. Just wondering why you're not superheating the gold while you mine? it doesnt interrupt the mining so you can train magic/mining/smithing all at once.

Oh is that all? My main issue with broad arrows is the 200 slayer points. I skip a lot of tasks and never have many slayer points, plus im saving up for 600 points to upgrade my helmet. If I just do a few more of the crappy tasks I guess I could get the helm and the ability to fletch them. The other problem is buying arrowheads. I remember putting an offer in the GE last week and having to buy for about double the GE price. I'll see if I leave an offer in overnight if they end up buying edit: yeah I just worked out it's about 6m/h over stringing magics longbows for 3x the xp, so costs about 3m/h for the extra time saved. I'll take a look into that

Ok so today has been a semi-productive day. I destroyed my chaotic claw and rapier for 150k tokens (only just found out about this feature, considering doing it with my ccbow too for a c staff), and used the tokens to buy a bonecrusher and demon horn necklace (At last) to help with slayer. And it makes life so much easier for certain tasks! I would have got a farming level if it wasn't for some warbands trouble, I'm now 5k off 81. Also got this level earlier: And I made about 22m off a QBD task which was a nice bonus. That's about it for today, hopefully ill check back in tomorrow

ok yeah ill start doing that. i wont be doing a huge amount of c2 but when i do ill burn the logs. Yeah I was thinking about switching to con warbands. I'm thinking ill probably leave crafting til near the end when I have more money or they've released a new training method

Thanks for the quick response. I managed to get 2 parts of silverhawk boots but now you can only get the full things right? I thought people voted on a different skill in the new elf city? I could be wrong though. I thought it was something I already had 99 in... Also, I completely forgot about jadinko firemaking! will get me some wc xp on my way to 99 fm so i have less of that to grind ;) I was thinking battlestaffs for crafting but the 100/4h buy limit kinda ruins that, and theyre too expensive for me to put in an offer for like 10k of them and leave them to buy over the next couple of months.

Hey guys, I've just started a road to max cape and was wondering what you would to to max my account most efficiently? I have dual drygores, torva plate, full bandos/arma/subj, all 3 glacor boots. My total wealth is probably around 350-400m(had loads of nex items about 18 months ago then quit, now ive come back and theyre worth 10% of what i paid)+around 100 magic and palm saplings already planted. My current plan is to get 99 slayer while doing regular farm runs and warbands for farming xp, but I don't know what I'll do after that. Also, for skills such as crafting, I would rather save up and spend 20-25gp/xp on doing it a fast way than by doing urns or something like that. But i'm not gonna get 99 by cutting dragonstones or 99 fletching doing broad arrows, nothing ridiculously expensive compared to the other methods. Let me know if theres anything else you need to know. Stats are in my sig.

Yeah I just looked it up. I'd much rather compete against other people that play with them in dg. So i'll give them a go, thanks for the tip :)

Use puush (small download) and go through your bank area capturing each section. Only difference is that it won't be all one image anymore as you have it now but it will most likely be a lot faster to screenshot and post here. Also if DG is the only thing that makes you think you won't comp after max, definitely do sinkholes daily and DG challenges whenever you get them, you should be able to make decent progress on 120 by the time you max. Ok thanks, I'll download that now. I'll take a look at sinkholes, never tried them before. The only thing that puts me off is teams, that's what I don't like about DG in the first place. I like to go at my own speed rather than speeding up/slowing down for other people

Like some dnb, jungle, trap, dubstep (the old stuff from before it got ruined a few years back) when I go out. I don't mind a bit of anything except metal and techno. Hobbies: RS, COD, basketball, chilling with friends/going out on the weekends. Watching too many tv series online. LONG VERSION: I started playing RS in 04 when my friends in school convinced me to start. I remember it taking about 10 minutes to get on to the game, and being ridiculously laggy even on those old graphics, but I still somehow enjoyed it. A few months later we upgraded to broadband, and I really got into the game. I played on an account for about a year, and then managed to get it banned (gold trading-I was an immature/impatient 10 year old), and I learnt my lesson. I started this account in 2005, and have played on and off since then. I've always played for a year or two, then quit for a year or two at a time, and about 2/3 weeks ago, I decided to try out this EOC business and am hooked again ;) Since then, I've been surprised at how easy the game's gotten. the xp is just ridiculous, and my nex items that cost me the best part of 1b are now practically worthless. Those chaotics I spent hours and hours grinding solo dg (i hate groups) are now useless to me. But anyway, I still am really enjoying this new RS, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it even more when I fix my PC so I can play High graphics again (have to play on min on my laptop.) In the last couple of weeks, I got 98-99 summoning, 94-99 mining,opened the 37 effigies I had stored in my bank, and got a load of other levels. I've been levelling so fast and enjoying myself enough that I've decided for the first time that I'm willing to try to get myself a max cape. Can't see myself getting a comp any time soon as 120dg is not something that excites me, but a max is definitely do-able. So, I think I will be updating this every few days. It won't be daily and won't be extremely fast as I have uni exams next month, but I'll update as often as I can. Here's my starting stats: (i levelled farming once before taking this picture, but I decided my last picture wasn't good enough). My current plan is to do 2 magic tree and 1 palm tree run daily, while slaying and doing POP between runs. I'm only playing 2-3 hours a day right now so progress won't be too fast. Anyway, I think that's it for my first post. Lemme know if there's anything you think I need to change/add, and I'll try to update everyone as much as I can :) ps. if someone can give me a slightly easier way of putting my bank in than doing it on paint, would be much appreciated (without having to download a huge program like photoshop)

Yeah, I find when I use bandos I get almost the same kph as when I use my torva, and bank just as often, so there's really no need to upgrade from bandos. malevolent>torva>bandos>tetsu imo because dps is more important than tanking at qbd if you know what youre doing, but its not a big enough difference to be worth the cash to use the degradable stuff Edit: just realised this is a week old, my bad

It is, however, boring a.f. so it's up to you whether you want to stick with your gold. Firstly, start Brink of Extinction, but don't finish it. One of the first things you have to do is mine some tokkul pieces from the second statue south of the Fight Kiln. Go there, and mine it. Space through the first 2 bits of dialogue and you get 250xp, easy right? Now right click the tokkul, click destroy, hit Y and its gone. repeat. a lot. = 99 mining. The good thing about this spot is that your mining level, summoning level, bank worth don't affect the xp. As far as I know, someone with 72 mining and a bronze pickaxe with 0 summoning will get the same xp as someone with 99 mining, dragon pickaxe and a lava titan. So you high level guys might want to ignore this and stick with something a bit easier like concentrated gold+urns+titan, but for you mid level miners this is a great way to get some fast levels. Enjoy :) Stu

Congrats man. I've just started my journey to 99 farming today, doing 2 mage tree+1 palm tree runs per day. Good luck with your max cape!
