  1. If you have the Cash.. 1. Green Bodies -- alch them yourself or sell them back to the GE. You can buy the green hide untanned or tanned.. if you tan them.. use a B.O.B and skill necklace to haul your hides to the tanner at the crafting guild. Mixed bag of ways: 1. BattleStaves- do air and then alch them. You get mage xp for enchanting the orbs if you do it yourself. These are super for supplementing your crafting cost 2. Pot lids..(in the guild) if you can stand the process of pottery.. make pot lids..completely cheap process.. but it's mind numbing 3. Glass- Molten-> Orbs -use orbs.. Or make Dorgeshuun light orbs.. you cannot beat the XP on these things.. and if you thieve the wire you tack on an extra 104 xp!! Money loser though.. unless there comes a day they're in demand :P Good Luck.. I love/loved crafting.. I pretty much used the above methods to take it all the way to 99.. there are a lot of options with crafting.. But not a lot of profit.
  2. For cow hides wouldnt it be faster to kill them in the Field south of the Gnomecopters and then deposit the hides in the deposit boxes?
  3. I recommend: Flax=bowstrings or cowhides= coifs. Flax is the cheapest, then cow hide. Make coifs from cowhides- then u sell the coifs to the general store. It's a money loser, but that's how crafting is. Once you can start doing dragonhides do that. ***************** I'm a lvl 91 in crafting, and I can tell you there is no "easy" way or cheap way unless you gather all your resources yourself. To level, I still use hides. If I can stand collecting seaweed or paying for molt glass, I sometimes do the battle staffs but there are only 5 per store, so its a ton of world hopping.
  4. I concur with the Excellent rating. Because of the excellent info and layout I use Tip-It 98% of the time for my RS needs. The only feedback I would give is possible additions and slight updates. 1. As mentioned previously, I'd love to see the World map updated to contain current areas 2. The fairy ring map (with is AWESOME) to include Piscatoris 3.City Guides. I really miss not having a city guide. I use these to determine specifically, what items are carried in city general stores and specialty shops. Thanks for the great work Tip-It!
  5. thanks for the info! THat's what I thought, and because I am going for XP I will continue to build damage points. I was just unclear because the count grows and I thought it might mean something else.. Thanks again!!
  6. I am trying PC for the first time and am a little confused about the damage points in the mini-game. Hoping some one can answer this for me. I've read the guides and understand that : 1. you need 50 damage points minimum to get 1 Commendation point 2. I can turn those Commendation points in for XP back on the main Island. What I don't know is, if there is a bonus or award for getting more than the 50 damage points required during the mini-game. In other words, is there a difference in rewards if I end the mini-game with 200 damage points vs the required minimum of 50? Thanks for any info you can provide! Befuzled~
  7. How do you share your food with the villager you are assisting? I tried the "use on" and it always tells me nothing interesting happens. You can share your food with them, right?
  8. Same thing for me.. Seems to correct itself once I logged in, however.. sorta a scary thing wondering if I was at the correct place prior to log in.
