Excuse my grammar lol.. For anyone that couldn't quite understand... Once you complete all quests you are given a trimmed quest cape. When a new quest comes out the cape is then untrimmed until you complete the new quest.

I've always thought the idea of an untrimmed cape for if you've once had all the quests completed, then a trimmed cape if you have all current quests up to date and completed
