it's the end of the month. they're probably making some cutbacks to save bandwidth or nicking some from somewhere else. next month means fresh bandwidth allowance so it'll probably be gone then either way :)

it's more often called duelling in d2. basically you can join a duel game, click P and there's a button to go hostile to someone. you can then fight outside of town. you dont win their equipment if you kill them though, just some gold and their ear to say you beat them :)

In all honesty the die hard trilogy films were a bit ludicrous and over the top but that's what made them so awesome. You're forgetting things like at the end of number 2, he blows up an entire plane. If you were to watch it and he just shot the guy in the cockpit from a distance, well, that'd be a bit boring wouldn't it? :/ Fact is, it's a very typical american action movie. Terrorist organization, kidnapped daughter, one man with nothing to lose, guns blazing. It wouldn't surprise me if there was the ever-present black guy spouting catchphrases as his sidekick, the terrorist leader was some sort of european and the final fight took place on top of a half-constructed building that was about to be blown up and bruce has 5 minutes to get off it before the bomb below it goes off. My point is, it is what it is, and if you don't like that sort of thing, noone's forcing you to go and see it.

^^ you have a point yeah. In all fairness, the cop provoked them a lot and he's mistreating his power by doing so. Police in our country - and im sure they do in america too - are taught to keep their cool and handle situations, hostile or not, calmly and efficiently, often with no restraint or weapons needed - they're also taught where to hit first and last resort with their batons and use the minimum force to arrest someone - not make things worse by getting mad and lashing out knowing they can't do anything back. He is crooked. Maybe they were in the wrong lawfully, but the way the cop reacted is bang out of order.

There seems a lot of chit chat about these days on OT, so is there a possiblity of starting some sort of a forum for more conversational chat, and leaving the main part of OT for more serious chat - news articles, deep discussion, etc? Now, what's the point in this? Because we have a nice and friendly community, but don't interact too much person to person. There is a chat room we know - but not many people from OT use it, and bulletins are great for announcements and disucssions. This could be used for things like; Birthday wishes Congratulations Holiday Greetings Personal/life questions. Maybe even including the dreaded girlfriend topic! Posts about days out/stories School, College, Uni topics Now, this is just a suggestion. Let's see what OT think!

Afraid so, yeah. We all got to college and people changed a lot, now it's nowhere near as easy as it once was to just be good mates all the time. I suppose that's a large part of growing up though, realising that it's not all fun and games. :( Echofish - greebo/rocker/mosher etc. greebo, where i come from, usually means a more wannabe than anything. IE linkin park/korn hoodys, crap cheap baggy jeans, doesnt tend to wash, dyes hair black.

My graduation from college is this Friday, it's gonna be a lot of fun. We have a ceremony about 11am, then 2 hours later or so we're all going to the pub over the road to rip it up! :D We also get our grades the same day, of course. Good times. Good luck everyone!

it's very easy to do yourself, especially if you got your computer from dell. Im sure most dells have a switch on that will allow you inside the computer - after that just look for the fan, and there will be either screws or catches to lift up. just take 'em out, get the dust off and put it back in again!
