just to update every1 ive got my account back jagex turned down my 1st attempt but whilst at work i was thinking about the history of my aco[bleep] and i beleive my 1st mobile phone number what i used to get members ages on on was the pivotel role all stuff on the account

how can i lock the account when i have no cnotrol over it cause they dont beleive i own it

i cant remember how many days i have left members so cant work out next payment plus its a debit card and my wages get paid into there so i cant cancel the card at will

last week i somehow got a keylogger and the little sh*t stole full rune and 2m cash that was in my inventory , luckily i had a bank pin so my good stuff was sealed away. i downloaded a spybot remover and thought that was the end of it , recovered my account and started putting everything away before i log. go to log on tonight and my password is invalid. go to recover the account and my recoverys are different and jagex refuse to change my password ( even with my included credit card deal id number) i havnt been on the account for 2 days so the w*nker thats stole it will get my whole account in 5 days time if jagex fail to do there jobs. but my real dilema is if i cant acces the secured menu on my account how in hell do i cancel my automatic member payments? help would be greatfull

i just been hacked also luckily i had a bank pin and they only took my full rune and 2m cash but i feel more gutted for my cousin who was staying over the nightt and he used my computer , he never had a bank pin and they took hes 500k and full rune , i feel more for him cause the 500k is the most amount of cash hes ever had so i told him when he gets a bank pin activated ill give him another 500k as long has he deposits b4 logging out
