they are extremely easy to kill...and their hp is not that high but i think around 50 or 60

When people heard about these defenders, some thought that they could finally use a weapon in the shield place...when used people found out that it was useless and it had only acted as a shield Well let me tell u these advantages to using these defenders Stats of Obby Shield Attack........Defence Stab...0......+40 Slash...0.....+42 Crush...0....+38 Magic..-12....+0 Range...-8....+65 Str Bonus=+5 Prayer bonus=0 Stats of Rune Defender Attack........Defence Stab...+20......+20 Slash...+19.....+19 Crush..+18...+18 Magic..-2......-2 Range...-3....-3 Str Bonus=+5 Prayer Bonus=0 Most people don't care about the their def stats in the game since barrows give alot...the rune defenders give half of obby shields def but also gives some attack bonuses, these bonuses can help u in the accuracy and the rune defender gives +5 str just like obby shield[/img][/url]

use ultimate strength or protect prayers. they are very useful since when u fight portals, they die very fast and u don't waste much prayer and u hit harder. prayer recharges after minigame a team should be made, one team on east and other on west to make it faster dds and dragon hally should be used to hit harder

a place where i do bear assignments is at the ardougne mine which is located on the way to the legends guild...lots of bears there..its a good place which i use to train slayer :wink: try it out..
