If you want "fast fast fast Range exp" like you said, I would highly suggest switching to knives instead of arrows. Hit way faster and almost always hit. For fast range exp, I always like dust devils. Always seem to be fairly empty and you have the allure of the Dragon Chain.

I'm pretty sure that Torags body and legs have the best stats...you might want to look at the Torag helm too, it pretty cheap (close to d med price?) and it has good stats. I would also suggest the obby shield because of the +5 str bonus that it gives.

Depends on how much xp you can get per hour. To get from lvl 53 to 91 takes 5,766,237 exp. So if you play say 3 hours each day for the 2 months, you will need to be doing 96,103xp per hour. Which could be possible with the abyss and making natures (and death once you hit 65 and if u done the quest)

Upstairs in White Knight castle there is a room with like rows of fencing in it. Useful for quick ranging exp of the white knights.

I used larders and dining tables. Did mainly oak larders, then teak dining tables whenever I hit that level.

Skills don't go down as degrades. Once it hits 0 it becomes unwieldable...no stats change as it goes from 100-->75-->50-->25

I'd actually got with pure ess the way the prices are now : If you going only for money though...if you want exp too, then go for iron
