  1. ive done 18 once, on a dare, and just today, I had 14 pieces of pizza after 24 chicken wings. I always watch kobayashi every year on ESPN, its amazing to see what he does. He consumed 17,000 calories in hot dogs and buns last year, almost a kilo of fat. That's crazy.
  2. i happen to have a 3kg jug of whey protein sitting right here, have used it basically daily for a couple years now. This one cost me around $30, and will last me 40~ days. Each scoop is 31g and has 20g of protein in it. (2.5g of fat and 5g of carbs) One slight problem is a slighty higher level of cholesterol in whey protein than from egg protein or white meat protein. If you get protein, make sure its whey protein, and make sure its instantized (dissolves in water easily) Overall, it is healthy as an ADDITTION to a workout program and a healthy diet. DO NOT in ANY circumstance use whey protein as meal replacement, as it does not have any of the required nutrients to maintain a healthy body.
  3. Quick thing, please keep open minded about it, just a hypothetical thats been running through my head the past few weeks. Imagine a bear in a trap and a hunter, who wants to set him free. He can't let him out in its current state, because the bear would attack him. So, he shoots the bear full of drugs. The bear right now is thinking that the hunter is trying to kill him. Then, to free the bear, the hunter has to push the trap even deeper into the bear to release the tension on the trap. What is the bear feeling then? The bear is even angrier now, because he is in more pain, and he doesn't realize that the hunter is just trying to free him. The bear can't come to that conclusion because he's a bear, not a human. I think God does that to us sometimes, and we can't understand why, just as the bear can't understand what the hunter is doing. The bear could have trusted the hunter, just as we can trust God.

  7. MMORPG's are addicting. That is a fact. Just look at the people around here who play them. You can tell yourself that you're not addicted, you can say that it can't happen to you, you're too smart for that. This is posted on the Cenla Chemical Dependency council website: Signs and Symptoms Behavior characteristics associated with substance abuse: # Abrupt changes in work or school attendance, quality of work, work output, grades, discipline. # Unusual flare-ups or outbreaks of temper. # Withdrawal from responsibility. # General changes in overall attitude. # Deterioration of physical appearance and grooming. # Wearing of sunglasses at inappropriate times. # Continual wearing of long-sleeved garments particularly in hot weather or reluctance to wear short sleeved attire when appropriate. # Association with known substance abusers. # Unusual borrowing of money from friends, co-workers or parents. # Stealing small items from employer, home or school. # Secretive behavior regarding actions and possessions; poorly concealed attempts to avoid attention and suspicion such as frequent trips to storage rooms, restroom, basement, etc. Sure, not all of those apply to addicted gamers, but many of them do. Here is a short conversation with a player of an MMORPG Q:How long do you play per day? A:2-3 hours generally why; like if anything im adicted to the responsibility Q:responsibility? A:yes im a player moderator in runescape Q:do you get paid? A:no These are some signs of internet addiction: 1) Using the online services everyday without any skipping. 2) Loosing track of time after making a connection. 3) Goes out less and less. 4) Spending less and less time on meals at home or at work, and eats in front of the monitor. 5) Denying spending too much time on the Net. 6) Others complaining of your too much time in front of the monitor. 7) Checking on your mailbox too many times a day. 8) You think you have got the greatest web site in the world and dying to give people your URL. 9) Loggin onto the Net while already busy at work. 10) Sneaking online when spouse or family members not at home, with a sense of relief. You should count the number of those that apply to you. If you have even one of those, you could be addicted. Addiction is a mental and physical problem, and needs to be treated with a doctor.
