If you make it look cartoonish, and boxy, yes, its fine.

pieces* and background will be white, and I want the background of the splash white, so basically itll be a city inside a box. No blending.

Well its basically about any form of art on the computer, and every few months we change the theme, last month was grunge, but now we are going for pixel art, sites down atm, upgrading the hosting and bandwidth and all, but itll be right back up with shortly, (godaddy is slow with this stuff) about 400 Active members atm, and about 200 accounts that people dont use anymore/ :roll: Thanks, good luck if you try.

Redesigning a site theme, and going to have a splash page. For those of you who dont know what that is, it is a screen where you basically state the name of the site and click enter, by text or by artwork. In this case Im choosing pixel artwork. Ide like this to be very good quality, (its no crap site, its a .com and well known graphics forum.) Picture may be isometric, or just regular. Color theme: any colors, make it realistic, and have the colors related to the theme of the artwork. White backround. Site name: Pixel Pieces Picture theme: Ide prefer a miniature city, with cars etc, dosnt have to be animated. Ide like the picture to have a black border once finished. Size: 360x360 to 400x400 pixels. (NO LARGER) All space does not have to be filled. Prize: I do not play runescape anymore, so I am willing to pay anywhere from 1 million to 3million for a well done, perfect peice of artwork. Thank you.

Pixel Signature? If your talking about my sig, which isnt pixel, fireworks mx, if your talking about my tower, fireworks 2004.

Before I go any further, I wanted some tips on my scraper. I shaded up the pole above, so, could I get some tips on whats done so far. Is the shading ok? And are the pixels laid down well enough to begin adding color? Thanks.

Fireworks 2004 Is the prog I am using. Im really good in this prog, just never have done pixel art and had to choose my shades manually. BTW thnaks for the links.

Anyone know where I can find tints and shades of all sorts of colors. Like Brown Red Green Blue etc. Going from light (blue) to (blue) to dark (blue) Ive searched google but just come up with like color wheels, but I want the most common colors, I cant find the most common by rolling my mouse over a bunch of random shades of blue. I dont know what key words to use to find what im looking for. Im basically using this for pixeling. Its hard to shade when I dont know the correct tints/shades to use. Example: But ide like a greater variety of colors. Thanks in advanced.

Um, Im pretty sure hes doing pixel clouds? If not, 5/10 If so, I gues clouds can be hard, so 7/10 if its pixel art.
