Why even bother praying in CW though? Especially 1v1. It's not like you're going to lose anything if you die. Like other people have said, it just slows down the fight and makes it boring. In CW if I'm fighting someone and they start praying, I don't even bother staying to fight. It's a waste of time.

Only members with 30+ mining can get pure ess. Free players can just mine the normal ess.

Exactly... Barely anyone on members mines ess anyway because there are much better ways to make money and now because ess prices will go up (and in turn make runes go up too) magic will become even more expensive to train. :?

Both members and free players got screwed this time... free players can't sell their normal ess to members (most members buy ess for nats/laws) and members can't get it cheap from f2p. Ess is gonna go way up... =/

Greeeeeat post. :) I've always been a huge believer in karma. What goes around, comes around... Karma is a . Two saying I practically live my life by. :o My own RS-related karma stories... well, awhile back, I felt nice and at that time I was getting bored of RS (f2p does that to ya... p2p <3) so I walked around Varrock and gave random people pieces of rune. Then I went over to Edgeville yews (practically my home on f2p) and started randomly talking to the WC'ers about how I had gotten karma points. They were all, "Why?" And I was like "Because I've been nice today :)!" One of the cutters ran to his bank, came back, and traded me like 800 air runes and 50 sapphires. I said "Wow, thanks," and he's just like, "I like nice people. :)" HIIII KARMA. :) Also, met a new great friend (although he hasn't logged on forever :(). And, one time this guy died from a tree spirit. Santa hat appeared on ground (worth like 4.5m at the time). I gave it back. Months and months later, on p2p, a nice girl gives me a free whip. What goes around comes around. :) So yeah. Golden rule. Follow it! Karma. It will come back to bite you in the butt.
