i got to see trinity, its amazing. all of my alliances jumpbridges are back up which is great except everytime i ask someone for the password they give me the wrong one? very annoying. ive tried over 10 passwords on a single JB and it still wont let me through

i did dxdiag and it said 2558MB. i ran CPU-Z and it says 3GB. i tried putting the RAM in different slots and i got weird beeping sounds when i tried to boot up the computer

oh well, my computer is still a lot faster so i guess it doesnt matter

the abyss? i dunno, just havent really been posting much, just reading >_< Falcon, how do you like trinity so far? i think its pretty amazing, love the graphics. what really sucks is that my corps got hit with the POS bugs so our jump gates are messed up and our defenses our only working. to my favorite system, it used to only be a few jumps via jumpgate from Jita but now is 30+ jumps from there. its really annoying >_<

what's ur mobo?: Dell 0WG864 are the chips all the same frequency? : yes have you run a memory checker?: yes it passed all tests in Quik Tech 8 (my boss has it a work) have you swapped the order of the chips?: i tried and when i attempted to boot up my computer made an odd buzzing sound for a second or 2 then i turned it off. it refused to boot with the ram in different slots. are they paired? ie 1gb 1gb 512 512 (rather than matching branded pairs)?: yes which chip is closest to processor?: the first 512 one are any of them high density? what do you mean? are they definately all seated properly?: Yes i triple checked that

still no go, due to the patch the myeve sub domain is down and the link on the main page goes to that :(

for some reason its not working for me just coming up with a black screen and when i try to save the target as it justs gives me a default.asp thing :(

I looked up PCI Memory Remapping and found no information that could help me. I read about an option in BIOS to go around the "PCI Memory Hole" but found no option in my BIOS or even anything editable in the Memory department.

it says 3000MB which is now quite 3 gigs. if you add it all up then i would have a total of about 6.5 GB should i reduce the size of the virtual memory?

All of the options in the advanced window are unchecked. thanks for contribution anyway.

Hi, I recently upgraded the RAM on my computer from 1GB (512x2) to 3 GB (512x2 and 1GBx2). In BIOS it correctly displays 3GB of RAM but in system properties it only detects 2.5GB? Does this mean it is not using the 3GB or it isnt just displaying all of it. I know that, that amount is not being used for graphics because I also have a nVidia GeForce 8500GT 512MB graphics card. Is there a way I can fix this or do I not need to worry about it? Thanks in advance for the help. I have searched the forums and google to no avail. P.S. Here are my system stats:

i joined Luna Rossa Corporation, they have quite a few people that are nice as well as quite a bit of stuff in 0.0 space. i did not see Mosynf or Solid Dread even if i knew what you were talking about >_

i ended up choosing gallente. i also found a good corp on the first day and they've guided me along. they are even giving me a free destroyer fully outfitted with salvaging equipment and the like, once i get the skills. i was thinking of quitting WoW so i might just subscribe to this instead, depends on how the next few days goes

im downloading the free trial today. should i go gallente or caldari? those are the main ones im looking at.

1 thing, you will get owned in a 14 day trial by just about anything, start as a miner or get some friends to lend some cash for better skills. (I did both :D ) 2nd, ALWAYS BUY INSURANCE (exception: shuttles) 3rd, It has a downtime for 1 hour or you got stuck during the Kali Patch week. So it shouldn't have been down a lot, only 1 time a day usually, for me it's at 4:00am-5:00am. 4th, and the combat system on RS is any less boring? Try a fleet battle, gets intresting... 8-) 5th, learn to run away, saves your hide on EVE... a lot. Especially in low sec, if the lowest you have ever been is .8, you should try 0.0 sometime :twisted: And Biadf, your cousin is like the average pure on rs. It scares me that people have their existance centered around a game for entertainment. NoLifers, bah. Is an addicting game, just gotta know your limits, read a book while mining, just chatting to some friends, every once and awhile hauling and shooting pirates. i dont play rs anymore >_< and i did find it boring...it seemed like the server was down 6-7 hours a day when i played... >_< i may get back into it if you are willing to help

i played the 14 day trial awhile back, i liked it but the combat was pretty boring. i had a pretty good ship at one point(dont remember which) but then i did a mission and i got owned by a ton of pirates.(forgot to buy isurance with the ship) i was even in a 0.8 system... there were also tons of times when the server wasnt up, especially on weekends which was when i could play the most.

wasnt expecting a reply in 10 minutes lol. Ill check this more often. I think you should be able to add people when they are off-line >_

i've still been trying to add you Nadril but it is still not working, says you either dont exist or aren't online, and by the looks of how far both your characters are, you are online pretty often... what timezone are you in?

yeah it's spelled right, same as my forum name here hmm... i was getting errors too when trying to add you? said you weren't online or you didn't exist. The server is 'Shulgoth' or something similiar. Ill most likely be on at around 4 PM PST today if you could get on at that time to see if it doesnt work when both of us are online. we'll see.
