Now i disconnect from the net and about 5 seconds later a little thingy pops up saying iiiiix.iiixxxxx.com is attemping to connect. Do you wish to connect? and im like.... i just logged off... no i dont want to connect. Now im thinking that this was part of the virus/trojan but i doubled check everything and found no sign of it. I would give hijack log but im not to sure how but if u need it ill research it and see what i can do. Thanks for helping once again
  12. may i ask how to do that? and where do i download RS cleint? She told me AOL (dail up) wouldnt let her use IE she had to use the AOL screen. Ill check it when i see her just to make sure.
  13. nay it does not. And the game doesnt lag. It only exit when she has to reload a part of the map.... im really quite stupified by it.... she gets 56k and i get 28.8k on my connection but i still play the game alright
  14. oops im sorry i red the thing that said post as much info as u could but in my thoughts i forgot her problem. Problem: Ok well runescapes loads and she is able to enter the game but.... when she moves out of the loaded area her computer then stops and says "loading (something else)" and she is kicked off game saying it is trying to reconnect. As for firewalls she did have the AOL pop up blocker but i disabled it and still no help ill send her to this forum to see if she can explain it better to your gents. Thanks for taking my problem into consideration :)
  15. Hello my girlfriend is having problem playing runescape (took me a month to get her to touch it so ya i dont want it messing up now hehe) Her computer is the same as mine except she uses AOL. As for the computer: Its a dell P4 1.8g ram (i think i cant get to it right now) 40gig harddrive and i think she uses the Java that either AOL provides or which dell provides. Now my pride was hurt when i couldnt figure out what to do do to the fact that AOL wil not let me use another web browser while using AOL interent service. Any help or moral support is apprieted :P Nox
