I got my sceptre with level 10 on my pure. It depends on how lucky you are on part drops of course. -

A little off topic, but what's the lowest level? Around 6-7? With range. -
I LOVE most of it. Especially the character equip window. I can see all the bonuses at the same time, and take sweet screenies :) The run button isn't that bad.

I started today. Deposited 7.5 mil. I'll keep it running while my patience holds. Put it 100% on maples and 50% mahogany. Yes, I want nests.

I guess just build all the best stuff available to you. And yeah, it's gonna cost a fortune.

Crafting tiaras or dragonhide armours are the best ways to raise crafting imho. Edit: also Snelm crafting is pretty underrated. It's good xp.

Yeah, southern-west corner of outside Varrock west bank in World 1 is the best place.
