I got my sceptre with level 10 on my pure. It depends on how lucky you are on part drops of course.

I LOVE most of it. Especially the character equip window. I can see all the bonuses at the same time, and take sweet screenies :) The run button isn't that bad.

Crafting tiaras or dragonhide armours are the best ways to raise crafting imho. Edit: also Snelm crafting is pretty underrated. It's good xp.

Yeah, southern-west corner of outside Varrock west bank in World 1 is the best place.

Just a little note, yews aren't 300ea for a while now.
