  1. Basically, I felt like a wimp last year in the school gym because my max benching was only about 100 pounds (I know, pretty terrible). So, would doing alot of pushups (say, 100 every other day) increase how well I can bench (does it work out the same muscles)? Thanks.
  2. About 5/8ths of the kids in my grade (all boys school) weightlift. Mainly for football...
  3. I'll add in some leg lifts and curls training too. (we have some 5/10/20 pound weights/DBs/BBs here... those should work for curls for awhile)
  4. I'm thinking I'll start doing this: Do 50/100 pushups and situps in the morning. I'll have to get up earlier, and I may be a bit groggy, but hey, it'll wake me up, eh? Then, 3 hours before I go to bed, I'll do another 50/100 situps and pushups... The reason I say 3 hours is because that's what I hear when you should do exercise so you don't have sleeping problems? Maybe it's 2 hours, whatever, I like my sleep. And about the whole girl thing...It's not like I have real girl problems. I can get most girls if I try. I just don't want to feel skinny and have a little body. I don't want to go too big, but I want to look nice and have some tone. I think my body is fine now, but extra strength/looks is always fine. Push-ups should help my abs, obviously. My abs are fine now, albeit a bit skinny, no fat, or no muscle to speak of. This should give me a nice washboard, since the muscles don't need to be gained that much to show through. Push-ups will help my overall upper body, as that is the main problem. No strength there to speak of. And, on top of this, as I always do, I ride 1-2-3-4 miles on a bike every night. Exercises lots of my lower body, but my calves and thighs are pretty toned already. No supplements, not yet anyway - I'll just try to eat a little more protein. I probably get enough carbs from my mom's cooking -.-

  8. However, I probably won't start now anyway, as I found out today I'll be playing basketball...So no weights this year. However, out of curiosity: I've heard you need 4 grams of carbs per 1 gram of protein/pound of mass (your weight). Is this true? How could I get carbs?
  9. I'm 5 10, not 5 1. I'm pretty tall for my age.
  10. Ok, I'm 14, 5' 10'', and weigh 123 pounds. I'm really skinny, almost no muscle, not over-skinny, but I have no muscle. -.- I'm starting school on Wednesday, and I may be able to put up to an hour a day into our weight room. I think I know what exercises to do... Biceps, Pecs, Triceps, etc... But I don't know what to EAT!! Ok, I've heard you need alot of protein and carbs...But my questions are: How much do I need of each? If I use a protein mix or something, how much protein do I need, and WHEN DO I TAKE IT? What protein mix should I use? Thanks alot guys.
  11. Yeah he's not hard just takes awhile... When he does the ghost seek thing go behind the clocktower and wait for it to pass. Hit him with your Keyblade when his underside is white, and for the other colors, hit him with that spell. Upgrade to Stopga.

  13. Then you could turn off what you wanted other people to be able to view on you. :)
  14. Ok, instead of just listing a players combat level when you hover your mouse over them, you could turn on the option to show skill total too, or even any skill you wanted to know by option. Maybe highest skill? Just a way to not have to open up another window for highscores, or use SwiftSwitch. Seems like a good idea, and if you didn't want it, you could just turn it off...
