I'm thinking I'll start doing this: Do 50/100 pushups and situps in the morning. I'll have to get up earlier, and I may be a bit groggy, but hey, it'll wake me up, eh? Then, 3 hours before I go to bed, I'll do another 50/100 situps and pushups... The reason I say 3 hours is because that's what I hear when you should do exercise so you don't have sleeping problems? Maybe it's 2 hours, whatever, I like my sleep. And about the whole girl thing...It's not like I have real girl problems. I can get most girls if I try. I just don't want to feel skinny and have a little body. I don't want to go too big, but I want to look nice and have some tone. I think my body is fine now, but extra strength/looks is always fine. Push-ups should help my abs, obviously. My abs are fine now, albeit a bit skinny, no fat, or no muscle to speak of. This should give me a nice washboard, since the muscles don't need to be gained that much to show through. Push-ups will help my overall upper body, as that is the main problem. No strength there to speak of. And, on top of this, as I always do, I ride 1-2-3-4 miles on a bike every night. Exercises lots of my lower body, but my calves and thighs are pretty toned already. No supplements, not yet anyway - I'll just try to eat a little more protein. I probably get enough carbs from my mom's cooking -.-
