No, never.

Someone changed my password a while ago (don't know how or who did it, but I didn't lose anything). I used the account recovery system (also included my bank number which I used to pay my membership with) and got my account back in only a few hours. Maybe I was just lucky, but you might as well give it a shot if you haven't already.

I doubt Jagex will take action when you tell them you (or your nephew in this case) lost your full rune because you told a friend your password. As been said, he will learn from his mistake. Eventually.

I have the prince outfit and 2 frog masks.
