Im 75 cons, planning for 80 soon and will use skill boosts to build things up to 86. But im struggeling for ideas on how to make a really cool realistic house layout and garden for my POH. Any ideas or guides? Many thanks.

I dont want either of you to take this the wrong way, as i know your all passionate about ur rs clans but it just looks like u all so far take it a little to seriously. The best thing for me would be if u actually got to know me in game first not posted mass produced images firing the 'hit and hope' approach to recruiting potentially anyone. Sorry but thats just how i feel.

Only legacy of seergreeze, rocking out and while guthix sleeps to go quest wise. Progressed a little on my skills so its happy days. Might do seergreeze tonight and working on smithing 69 for rocking out and 65 herblore for guthix then its cape time :).

I have also used tipit as a guide and favour it out of all the runescape fansites and have decided to begin using the forum and blog my progress to getting all skills above level 71 and a couple of other personal goals. Ive been playing again about a month now and have made good progress to catch up on construction getting up to level 75. I followed ur guide from lvl 23 to lvl 63 hunter which i got 5 minutes ago. To get from lvl 23 to 63 its taken me 13 hours since this morning when i started =). Great guide and thanks, im going to red chins now =). Although i didnt like using the falcon to catch the kebbits so i stayed at the green salamanda things till i could move to the grey chins.
