Looks like tomorrows goal is to finally start and understand POP's lol. Thanks for the help. Start with Bandos, get comfortable, maybe some Sara after as a bit more difficult then onto stuff like KK, Nex etc? Though both require teams correct?

Some of the best gear comes from pop (player owned ports). Tough ports armour has no damage bonus. Tetsu, seasinger, and death lotus, here's a link to ports guide and you can look up the armour from there, http://www.tip.it/runescape/pages/view/pop.htm. The next sets I would suggest to use is from Nex, you can go to http://www.tip.it/runescape/bestiary/view/1576-nex to view all the gear from Nex. These sets are Torva, Pernix, and Virtus. The armors from Nex all have damage bonuses, which do help, they each also have a pair of boots and gloves to complete the set. The ports sets do not have boots or gloves, only head, top, and bottom. Overall, ports takes some time to get, and gear from Nex is costly, but all of these armour sets do degrade. Hope this helps you out a bit.
And which bosses would you suggest for solo and of those which set of nex is ideal? Sorry if I sound nooby I just havent really got into the boss scene.....

Just a tip if you want to fix that: use the full editor, then select the text and click the "Clear Formatting" button (the eraser) and it should clear it back to default. You could also toggle formatting off (the light switch icon next to it) if you want to try and cut it out manually. I'd just thought I'd let you know in case you weren't aware :P.

as much as I Got a little foot surgery last week so I had 5 days to be on my ass and play Runescape. So I managed to finish off some lvls. 99 Silverhawks, 99 Bubble Toss and 99 Runespan
That skilling weekend sure helped speed the process up as well. Now just 97 Hunt, 97 Theiv, 97 Summ and 109 DG left. DG weekend coming up so going to do as much as I can.can.

First Ironman to receive 3a

As I near the end of my road to max (17 lvls left 11 of them dg) I am looking to get back into slayer as I want to get 120 in my combats and Slayer (maybe 200mil eventually). I also want to get into bossing more because outside 3 weeks of no lifind godwards about 5 years ago I havent done much since. I've currently got about 270mil to play with as far as cash goes and I have full Subj, Arma and Bandos. I had duel Drygore rapiers but sold them off for now thinking they may tank over that boss weekend and I wont need them till the new year. Magic I am currently using a chaotic staff. There is so much new content equipment wise and every where I look everyones got different ideas of what is the best set up. So what do you all think?
Also as far as bossing goes is there maybe an order someone can suggest to work through to get used to bossing? Like starting with say bandos then working my way up to get used to it?

Good times man, I remember waiting to trade Whitemagem my rune bars so he could make me some r2hs. My main way to make money on rsc was to buy rune ores 10k each and then sell r2hs 50k each haha, surprisingly it worked very well. I guess because pkers needed so many of them.

So what do we know about another skill coming out? Did invention get completely scrapped? Im kinda happy it did, and its not like having 6 people with 200m all means we need more xp, i mean it took them over a thousands days of gameplay over like 6-10 years, so another skill would be cool but there is still like a million members who arent even maxed lol.
I would much rather have current content get perfected, even if its small update by small update making everything smoother and better and just all around a better gaming experience, than have a new skill come out right now.
With that said i am curious if there will be a new skill soon because that will be interesting for the people who currently have 200m all, because some have tons of gp and some are broke as far as i know, so if there is news of a new buyable skill dragonseance would most likely be set, but some other people would have to start grinding out gp and get ready for the new skill. Would be kinda cool but then again its only 6 people
Yup I rather have (in this order):
Smithing revamp (been wanting this forever)
Firemaking made usefull
Construction revamp
Maybe other tweaks for skills which solve outdated problems.
After that we might want a the new skill just to make divination more useful...
Also I would be sad if they just scrapped inventor and put inventor into the other skills... that sounds (and probably will look) rushed.
Great ideas. All three of those skills really are in need of a revamp.... Though id put Firemaking and Cons about Smithing.

Slayer is more profitable these days than it ever was because tasks are so much faster....... Though its about picking up alot more drops as opposed to one drop worth 10mil you need to pick up 10 drops worth a mil.... etc etc

Jdela 2.5-3 weeks away from 200m all at current pace. Almostlost will probably be rank 8. Roger al only has fast buyables left, but 40m farming and 80m agility probably won't be finished off with those. MyKingz is rank 12 but he could potentially beat the three in front of him if he wanted to imo.
I'd it is safe to say by December 2015 we'll have 25 players at 5.2b.
