Since you are 44 slayer, you could try basilisks. Just don't forget to get a mirror shield from slayer masters and you should be fine. They barely hit you, so super def potions won't be of much use on those.

Void on mith dragons? No. It doesn't matter if u can hit 1 or 2 higher if u hit way less often. As other people mentionned, void is better for low def monsters.

Sincer ur 47 slayer (According to ur profile), you could train on basilisks. Just don't forget your mirror shield, which can be bought from slayer masters. Or you could just train on yaks or experiments. I don't recommend guards, due to their low hp.
