I dont know if its the same one as the one mentioned before but it meets the specs for guild wars and should easily run CS.

What happens if you put the address of a runescape game server into the address bar. You will have to turn off javascript first or you will be redirected to the runescape main page. To turn javascript off in firefox, go tools -> options then choose the web features tab then uncheck the javascript box. The go to this address http://jolt12.runescape.com/rs2.cgi?low ... =runescape

I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the power supply unit. When I plugged the monitor into the wall socket it worked. I think that this would only affect it if the monitor is powered from the PSU.
