Membership credit is the days you have left of your membership as said above. The line would be better read: Your membership will decrease daily if you use a credit card subscription.

Guards. Caught less often and easier to find. However, you may want to try Yanille Watchman for a while as you can thieve bread from them, thus saving on the food you have to use.

Preventing users from having RuneScape.com as their website would be a bit trivial. I don't really think it's that big a problem and I doubt many people even consider looking at other user's profiles to see their website.

You may not even have noticed you said it: eBay, Google would both merit bans. Send a query to Jagex asking what it was you said. They'll tell you.

A day or two normally for Jagex to respond. You probably said, "tip.it" or "runehq" to someone and they reported you. It happens quite a lot.

The armour is good. Best defence bonus. However, the set effect isin't as good as the others.

A cannon will cost you a fortune. Stick to the conventional bow and arrrow. Longer but much cheaper.
