There is a difference between stealing the odd time and stealing then refusing to take down the content even after the author of said content has requested you to and eventually profiting off it.
Yeah, so, he made a stupid mistake, but there's no reason to dramatise it to this extent and turn it into some self-righteouss cabbage. All these YTMND fanboys are hardly helpng the situation.

It looks like the video game crime rate won't be dropping in 2006.An all-new "Grand Theft Auto" for Sony's PSP will be released by Rockstar Games sometime before Halloween, Take Two Interactive, game publisher and parent company of Rockstar, announced on Thursday.
Rockstar representatives could not be reached by press time to comment on the nature of the new game.
The company also announced that the most recent "GTA," the 2005 PSP title "Liberty City Stories," will be released for the PS2 by the end of March.
The announcements reinforced the notion that gamers who like "GTA"-style games will be well-served in 2006. THQ will be releasing a similar title, "Saint's Row," sometime this year for Xbox 360. Atari has promised a new installment of its "GTA" rival series, "Driver." And Real Time Worlds, the company run by David Jones, a creator of the original "Grand Theft Auto," is developing two games that have been described as spiritual successors to Rockstar's hit series. One is the expected 2006 Xbox 360 title "Crackdown;" the other is "All Points Bulletin," a game expected in 2007 which was recently referred to by the gaming site ogaming.com as the "world's first massively multiplayer gang-banging simulation."
Take Two also promised releases of games based on the hit show "24" and the best-selling book "The Da Vinci Code," and announced that Rockstar will put out an original title for Xbox 360, all by the end of October.

What the hell man? This is just being blown way out of proportion. Maybe the guy stole, in which case he's in the wrong, but what's this stuff about a crusade? It's a joke site for gods sake. How is this a crusade or a war? Its not just children who could get offended but older people, sensitive people who would not like to hear those comments...
I think that a lot of people would be offended if there was no filter, and they probably aren't just children.
I think someone who's offended by an acne-ridden teen who lives on the other side of the world in a poorly pixelated video game really need to check their insecurities.

It depends. I have violent mood swings. It varies based on where I am, who I'm with and how I'm feeling. Around adults, I'm usually moderately talkative; far from the typical anti-social teen. Usually, I'm a fairly resentful, spiteful and blunt person, but sometimes I can be really nice and compassionate too. Among certain friends I'm obnoxious and try to be funny (with occasional success), but otherwise I'm usually fairly shy and withdrawn.
I have mood swings too... Most of the time, depressive, sometimes very angry.
I'm a pacifist and loathe fighting. (strange considering I'm a violent movie junkie) I hate to see people fight at school. (it happens more and more often these days...) If you start a fight with me, I will not fight back. However, I sometimes can be quite arguementive, though I hate confrontation.
I enjoy sitting back and observing things; people's habits, mannerisms, phrases they say often, the way they act depending on what they're thinking, stuff like that. I don't really crave attention, and I don't like to be the center of attention. I like to listen and consider myself a good listener. I think I'm good at communication and I do like for people to talk to me.
I'm mostly pretty shy and passive, but, I can be very determined and I will stand up for what I think is right.

Do tell me, how am I being ignorant? I'm not in any way supporting him; stealing from the internet, despite being so damn common, is not something I'm for. I shouldn't have said it was just a mistake, because that sounds as if it's excusable, which it isn't. I'm just saying, the way these other sites are responding is hardly achieving anything. Fighting juvenility with juvenility? Yeah, real productive. As previously mentioned, spamming the forums isn't going to do much with the actual site. The only useful possible action is suing him - that is, if the other sites and people whom have been stolen from had copyrighted their material, otherwise, there's no hope.
But really, if you think I'm ignorant for not supporting "ebaumsistehgay" or "ebaumsgotassraped", then I pity you. It's just a bunch of morons taking advantage of anonymity in hope that their futile actions have an affect on the case at hand.
