What level should i be before i attempt killing the monster, and what should i take?

On the tip.it item guide it says its a drop from Gargoyles but when i looked in the Bestiary there werent any Gargoyles. Can anyone tell me where they are and what level they are?

I know world 66 is law running, but are there any other worlds with different rune running?
