Actually I stand corrected on the multiple views thing. It seems it does update, although I could still view 100x and it would say something like 10 mins ago. There's a delay to make the database statements more efficient or something, just like there's a delay on the views themselves.

And Joe definitely got to #1 views by spamming refresh on his own profile :P
