Glad we're finally getting a quest with The Raptor, even if it is seemingly only a build-up to the QBD. Maybe he'll actually be as powerful as he claims to be.
Hey, she has a level 60 summoning requirement.Apart from that you should be able to take her on if you can do the Fight Kiln. It's less of an endurance fight than the Kiln and perhaps more similar to Nomad in terms of having to dodge attacks etc.
We're still tweaking the difficulty now.
Anyway I have to shut up now otherwise Mod_Mark is going to hit me for giving away spoilers.
Thought this was pretty interesting.

This is probably the thing that has piqued my interest the most, Nomad is still my favorite boss fight and having a boss similar to him that's repeatable with new rewards excites me beyond belief. Overall this sounds like a pretty good month, good enough to get me playing consistently again.

Might I suggest a darker background for the complete picture? It might help the auras that a lot of people are using blend in.

From what I know, the most commonly used method is to buy a large sum of mind/body runes to bank with, wear some good magic defense armor, and simply use the short route, using your ourania teleport to bank. You can pray if need be because there is an altar right at the entrance to the ZMI that you pass every time you bank. Some people like to fill up their banks completely for easier banking, but I don't see it as worth the trouble.
-
You mean Accumulator?
Something is blocking it then. If you're safe spotting, try using a spot with an open path and trapping the monsters due to space or around a corner.
Ah, I had no idea safe spots had any bearing on whether the ammunition was picked up or not. That seemed to be the issue, thanks guys.

I just started using dragon darts in Kuradal's dungeon to train range, for the first 20 or so kills everything worked fine, almost all of my darts were being retrieved by the Alerter I was wearing. I teleported away to bank and when I returned the Alerter stopped retrieving my darts. My equipment didn't change at all so I have no idea what could be causing this. If anyone has any insight into why this is happening it would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So when I logged in tonight my character was effectively blind. So rather than simply logout and refresh, I thought I'd counteract my bxpw efficiency by seeing how much I could get done in the most criminally inefficient manner possible.
So I won a million or so GP from Alper's cruel games.
and I managed to go from 69 RC to 70 RC.
and I sniped some fools even with my handicap.

The constant sort of pulsing that the tier 4 wings do is pretty cool. I'll have to get on the whole glowing pink eyes thing as well. Altogether a bit of a middling update, but I'm interested to see what sort of effect the lodestones will have in the long run.

You've got some great ideas, particularly about Beasts of Burden. However, your use of bold and underline makes a good portion of your post unreadable.

Again, not sure how many of these are going to be added correctly if they're being submitted without the form.

Well, you don't need summoning for corp, seeing as the corp eats your familiar to regain some health ;) But yeah your best chance if you're planning to corp is to get on to a team with some friends you can trust.
Don't forget about the TMHT Corporeal Beast event on Sunday! You could have some fun there and we may even get lucky! :)
Well I did say I wasn't an expert.
-
Just wondering if corp is a viable way to earn money, stats in sig.
thanks :)
I'm no expert on corp, but I'd say your Prayer, summoning, and herblore aren't high enough to effectively take him down, you certainly wouldn't have much of a chance in FFA, and unless you have some good friends who already corp on a regular basis, I doubt any teams will be willing to take you. It couldn't hurt to ask around however, but for the time being I don't think you're quite ready to take down the beast.

[hide]Great initiative, I made the 2006 Tip Pic, the 2nd time it was done. Was quite a mess when I wasn't especially pro with photo editing etc, but I did finish it :P
My contrib, don't care much for outfits, convenience ftw.
And RSN: Uula[/hide]
@Uular This was a tough one, not sure why, maybe something to do with your graphical settings while taking the screenshot.

Also I've seen a few people posting their pictures without using the form from the first post. Make sure you're using it so Hedgehog can add your picture properly. Here it is if any of you need it.

Oh my, those heraldic armors do like even worse now. How hard would it have been to simply make a proper texture that fits rather than have an extra one floating over the armor? Torva looks a bit goofy now too, but at least I don't have to spend hundreds of millions to buy a set anymore.

Proselyte has some issues.
and apparently someone used a little too much starch while cleaning the Cuisse.
This uhhh, it's the pants I swear.

The elite black armour looks so much like the knights from Dark Souls.
I thought the armor looked familiar, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. You're right, they look pretty similar.
-
Guess what's started early? They look horrid.
That's a cool opinion you have there. Thank you for sharing it twice, we all care a lot about it. Your deep insight into this upcoming update has provided the graphics team with renewed insipiration, and as such they'll be binning it and hiring you as a professional advisor.
You're sarcasm about an opinion is illuminating. You add so much to the discussion.
New armor looks meh, some is boss some is shit. That is my opinion.
Guys, guys, there'll be plenty of time to be needlessly condescending later. Right now we should be discussing the fact that for some reason that person in full void range is carrying a staff instead of a bow/c'bow. I wouldn't be surprised if someone messed up while making that image and the "after" image is wearing the updated void mage helmet.

What I think the Avatar means is that there will probably be a graphics update to the items soon, but i could be wrong.
I thought I made that pretty clear. Maybe I need to work on my wording.
-
You might want to hold off on buying all of these items based on how they look now. In just a few days they'll all look pretty drastically different.

If you have access to it, the red/white Christmas scarf might go nice with the cape.

[/hide]Not quite the kind of swagger I was looking for out of the Swagger Stick, but still pretty cool.

A Rune Sword or Rune Longsword should work fine.

With your stats I'd recommend Ankous in the stronghold of security. While they don't have quite as good drops as they have in members worlds, you can still make some cash while fighting them and get a decent amount of xp/h while you're at it. Just be sure you're using a stab weapon to fight them as they're weak to stab.

B-but I sold my Bandos because they implied the armor update wouldn't be coming until late this year in the Q&A. Why Jagex? Why do you insist on making me lose all of my money? Looking forward to the clan updates though, I might just pop into my clan's citadel for the first time in months, and I'm more than happy to see another early bird special, I love me some bonus XP.

Small lamp and 50gp on the second go. I can feel the pseudo-gambling addiction growing inside of me.

The combat rework scares me. Runescape's combat has always been rather stale, but I kind of liked it that way. I play Runescape for the mind-numbing effects, not the gameplay. The mere idea of an action bar in-game displeases me.
