You can get around 8k-10k xp per hour on average. 2-3 Assignments a day is not much and it can take you 3-4 months, although if you do more slayer, you can get it in 2 months.

From my fletching experience, it will be 50k-60k longs. That may sound a lot, but it wil take you a few days to 2 week, depends on how much you fletch every day. And you will get around 10m fletching XP.

I can't cure them because I only plant seeds if I pass by, and I chech it after a day or so. Thanks for the help guys.
