I've always hated loud music. When I was little my dad was always slightly deaf, because he always listened to really loud music. That just kind of embedded itself in me and I only put on a small amount of bass and keep the music so only the person with headphones (for mp3s and CD players) can hear it. In the car I keep it pretty low too, but music keeps me concentrate as background music, so usually I don't pay much attention to volume.
Your one of those people that watch what they eat, aren't you?

No offence mate but if you think that, then that's pretty messed up. Never heard another band with that much trance and screaming/rock in it at once. Most have a rocky backing tune but everybody listens to close to the rifts or w/e to actually enjoy it.
When I was in highschool a few years ago a group of my friends/associates had a band that sounded exactly like that. It wasn't an abnormal sound then either.
...Yeah, sorry Ewan :| , this band isn't any new innovation. This music has been around for quite a while, its not a gem of any kind :|.

I missed the whole first season (watched 24 instead), then I heard how good Heroes was. I went and bought the entire season off iTunes :D . Sorry 24. You have fallen out of favor.
Same thing happened with me :P. Except I unsuccessfully tried to watch both, and ended up just going for heroes.
It really is a great show, I can't wait for it to come back on. I hope they have a 5 minute last season recap first, my memory is failing me.

Look, either you can be ignorant about it and not be accepting, or you can accept that people are gay. It's not a matter of right or wrong, but perception.
Which is exactly why he said what he said. It's not 'good' or 'bad' or 'correct' or 'incorrect' to be homosexual. Just put a skin color in there, ie: black. Its not 'right' to be black and its not 'wrong' to be black. It's just a simple human characteristic, you can't apply correctness to that. Or atleast, that's what I think he was trying to say.

Thanks but I chose not to do that because these are some preety massive pics [which I didn't realize] and so instead of taking 10101 hrs to load, I thought i would just put the links instead.

3 sets of about 10-12 crunches or 18-20 pushups a day is absolutely fine if you're not lifting as well. I still try and do crunches daily though, simply because the abs are a hard muscle to train so hard that they need days to recover. It's possible, but hurts like hell.
