id probably log off and report a bug saying that i could attack people outside of wildy unless is was on a crap account

im f2p and ranging should be left as it is. i was member for 2 months before and i didnt think that yews were that much better. i didnt use rune arrows during that time so i guess i dont have a good backing on this statement. but it should be left as it is
