  1. I can't see you or talk to you, so I judge you by the ignorant statements you fire off on here. My method of judgment is the same for everyone. I call 'em like I see 'em. Indeed, contradicting yourself in the same post is humourous. :P How's this, I'll make your life more simple since you don't seem to comprehend: If you say something in ignorance, I'm going to call you an idiot. And if you're talking about the calling I can't see you/call 'em like I see 'em... I SEE the screen and the garbage you write. Do you really not understand that...? Sight is an all-inclusive sense in this case. Oh, sorry - here are your laymen's terms: I can't see you, but I can see what you write. Got it?

  3. It WAS a bug in the trading system. Because AR was filtering/injecting the incoming/outgoing datastreams, it was available for exploitation. No, it wouldn't have happened if AR, or some other means of packet editing (such as WPE pro), were being used. But you had damned well better believe that after the next update the trading system had more server-end verification, as opposed to a more client-to-client trust protocol. Why was this a bug? Jagex didn't forsee people using packet-editors and streaming data filters to interfere with gameplay. There was no need to verify whether the item actually existed in either person's inventory because you cant click on something that's not there. Well when AR sent back invalid data for transfer to the next client, it was accepted because there was nothing there to second-guess the validity of the trade. Just because AR was used to exploit a bug in the system, doesn't make it any less bug abuse. Guess what the bannable offense used against alex was? BUG ABUSE. Case rested.
  4. Lies. It WAS a bug. Back in 2003 AR was being retested, K released it with the auto trading support system. For those who don't know, AR was like a middleman between client and server, and the streaming data was filtered through it and edited. The reason the duping was a bug was because you couldn't NORMALLY create items using AR - because normally, you cant trick the server just by sending invalid packet data. It was done in a TRADE screen by sending invalid parameters to the server, originally trying to trade bunny ears (which are untradable). For some reason, duplicating items worked in trade screen only. My guess is probably because trading is a Client <-> Server <-> Client connection, making it a separate circumstance. And Runescape did not get HACKED, you idiot. They simply used AR to change data sent from the client to the server, which was then sent to the other client. No damage was done to the servers, nothing malicious. They didn't gain access to any of Jagex's server information or user information. They didn't get bloody HACKED, bug or no bug.
  5. Are you really that stupid? Runescape is a server-side online game. Everything you do, every action you take in the game is relayed from the client, back home to the server and then verified. This is why there are no stat-editors. You can trick the client into "thinking" certain things (like back with AR in 2002), but you can't trick the server.

Tip it is an english forum. Gracias. I use a translator. If tradÃÆÃâÃâúzcalo is not quite good for you then same you. I cannot speak English so it demonstrates the respect towards my culture that respect alot of English speech of the culture, but I feel that correct to have my Spanish for above respecting my own culture there. Thanks. :notalk: Its against the rules to use a language other then english on tip it forums. Shut the Christ up and pull the stick out of your [wagon]. You're not a moderator. The kid just said he is respecting our culture yet not ignoring his own. Thats admirable.
  7. You wear rune kite and mystics to drags? gtfo  Oh, and don't minimize the fact that you bring teleports by saying "only past level-20". If you have 2-3 runes in your inventory and one of them is a law rune, then you're just as guilty as the newb PKer who wants to protect his cheap gear. And if you have teleports in deep wild, then you're probably planning on doing a bit of running in which case you should PROBABLY bring enough FOOD to get to a non-multi zone with auto-attack monsters, eh? Even super energy pots, it doesn't matter. But Christ, don't waste 3 slots in your inventory with runes and call yourself better than this guy.
  8. I would've said "nicely said"... Except for this little bit of BS. You don't have 15-25 whip kills. People don't skull with whip in wild unless they have like a 20+ team with them. And if you say you go in whip skulled otherwise, well then you're a damned liar. If you've managed to catch that one like level 65 who accidentaly skulled on his friend while doing a clue or something like that, then congratulations - that's believable. But a vague, stupid range of 15-25 is not only unbelievable, its BS. ----------------------------------------- And now, looking back on this dude's guide... Everyone says its dishonorable and newb PKing and whatnot, which is true... But I swear to god I have YET to see ANYONE in the RS2 wild prove they're methods otherwise. Don't you all sit up here and talk down on his guide if you only go in the wild with big teams. And once again - if you say you solo PK, you're lying. Especially if you say you don't bring telerunes lmfao
  9. WOW WAY TO GO. A guide packed with all the how-to's on BS pking. Like jumping people who are simply training at green dragons, and who arent there to pk? Telling people all the best wildy places to attack people who are training. You consider yourself a real pker? This is why i hate RS2 pking. Its just a bunch of huge groups and cheap fights. ... I guess the term "pker" has come to mean something quite different than what it meant in the past.
  10. Its because the bots are usually scripted to autobank when their inventories are full. So a half-full autoer picks up half your logs... Full inventory -> walk to bank.
  11. upload site for hosting images? there used to be a sticky with upload sites, cool how they took it off. help would be appreciated :?
  12. In a respectful manner of speaking, why are we not permitted to refer to them by name, or their offense? Sometimes, it's the only way to find out what happened to an in game friend who *disappeared*. I do, though, understand that dym's name is...inappropriate. My apologies.
  13. They should disable the names from being created, but not ban. What if I thought "punk" was an offensive stereo-type? I know it's not the same as a racial slur, but it's ultimately Jagex's fault for allowing those certain words through. This isn't factory recall. They can't take away the name without taking away the work people put in to the character. They ought to make a bit more of an effort to eliminate these words. But I don't think they should punish people because of their mistakes... I'm not at all saying I support such user names, and I'm not saying Jagex is slacking off. Obviously their interests lie somewhere else at the moment and the best you can do is just don't take it personally. Regardless of the name, there was work involved in building the character's stats. If you spent so much time, you wouldn't want to be banned because Jagex all of a sudden changed their standards.
