Hmm well actually i like the linework, and the background is pretty nice except there is a bit too much black :? and i would either use a different font and make it smaller. maybe try making it fit in with the linework or take it out all together.

are you talking about my sigs?

haha squarework :? pencil will work fine for linework just trying using it at 1 px and adding a bit more variety to the "squarework" you got there.

hmm well i wouldn't have decreased the width or at least not so much, linework needs more variety.

8/10 nice work and i like the style :D however i don't like the linework much :? except for the lines around jake. hm you might want to try decreasing the height a bit maybe 10-15 pixels.
