  1. i see a big problem with this: who would want to pay a lifetime membership when you might decide to quit in a year or two. Keep in mind that a lifetime membership would have to be over $250 for jagex to continue to make money. There a lot more things you could buy for that amount of money, well thats the big problem i see with it. you used to be able to get a year membership for like a 10% discount but jagex stopped that for some reason (i don't know why because i had quit rs for a while when this happened)
  2. good point about ppl lining up to copy higher lvl's names, never thought of that. I still like the idea though.
  3. I made my character about 4 years ago, and since then i got a little annoyed with my name. So heres my suggestion: You are allowed to change your name (say only once a year). The only problem i see with this is that it would be hard for jagex to introduce this into the system (i can think of numerous problems that would arrise from this). Despite all that i still think it would be really cool to be able to change your characters name because think about it, what if your character was named something like "pikachu48" and you don't like pokemon anymore! (my name has nothing to do with pokemon by the way) Anyway im gonna stop rambling, i just think it would be cool to be able to change your name...thats all
