I got one too, something about checking out the new minigame (the f2p one) also you can attack it (for some reason) but then it got weird because I was in multicombat and my friend and I were kiling the guy. Don't know what he drops because we ran.

Usually I notice I get more gems when using ROW. I was in the Tzaar cave or whatever and I would get a TON OF GEMS :? Edit: I'm killing Dagannoth and I'm getting alot more seeds with ring compared to when I go without ring :D
