I was playing rsc and i accidently clicked on my rs2 login window and i typed this.. Here's an Animation: As you see Jagex still has the old RSC text colours at the Rs2 Login screen...

10k is enough to take, i always take a little bit more so i can stay longer. Sometime's i buy food from other people at agility arena. 1 thing you should know is, Cake's are the best food there, and to last as long as you can, be under 20hp at all times (makes the obstacles drain less health).
