Train on flesh crawlers and zombies on level 2 in the Stronghold of Security. You can AFK there too for a few mins on end if your defence is high enough, well I can. There's a room in the very northwest of level 2 and another just a bit southeast of that.

The new sceptre form the Stronghold of Security, the skull sceptre, can teleport from past 20 wild I hear. Well, this is a whole new age of rune mining then. Rune miners can now tele if attacked and on full loads. What do you think?
