    You don't need the avatar to have no post cooldown. It's a group feature, although generally staff have the feature available. This is because IPB applies permissions in a "positive" way, meaning if your main group disables you from doing something, and your hidden group does, then your hidden group permission for that particular feature overrides the main group.

    I am the same way. I'm forcing myself to start wearing it. Bleedy and scabby lips aren't too attractive. Yeah, they aren't. Was so bad that my lips actually looked like I was wearing lipstick. (Like not around it, but the actual pink surface of them)

    I never liked the feel of chapstick. I lick/bite my lips too much. Then again, I should probably wear chapstick to prevent me from doing that.

    Yeah, the ones in markarth, solitude and windhelm are all better. I have the ones in markarth and solitude but I can't get the one in windhelm (glitch). Ah, I like Honeyside because you don't even have to enter Riften to go into the house. Although I guess it's good for the time being considering I don't have a whole lot of coin. (Only 15kish left)
