Just a quick note, in your god wars dungeon guide, in the list of items that will stop monsters being aggressive, you list the zamorak heraldic kite shield as one of the items. I took one in there and believe me, they were still aggressive, I havent checked with the full helm, but it is definately worth checking it out. So in conclusion, the zammy heraldic kite shield (the one made through construction) did not stop the zamorak monsters being aggressive. PS. I have been back since with a zamorak stole, and that worked, so I know I was in the right place.

Quests are the only things that have done me in. In troll romance when I was new to members i died to aaaargh after I switched to range pray for a second, then had trouble changing back. Lost my rune g kite and helm, pride of my f2p, luckily that was when I started making cballs so I made my money back soon enough. Also got run over by a mine cart chasing around the boss from haunted mine.
