I discovered this pretty good way to abby runecraft. Cause I was so tired of losing my glories. requirements: Quest hall with mounted glory amulet (level 47 construction required) and some player house teleport stones (requires lv 67 construction, but you can make them in other people's houses. That is what I do anyway) It is really quite simple after that. Just take out a tele stone and fill the rest with essence. (I also equip a bronze pickaxe from bob's axes) (Also using pouchs is the only way to go.) Then run through the abby and craft as usual. Just break the tele stone to goto your house. Then rub the glory in your house to get back to edge. (Now you will never have to recharge your glories :)) There you have it. Almost no loss in speed, and the risk is nothing. Also if I need to heal from those dang abysmal creatures I can just make a stop at my kitchen. One more tip for getting pouches faster. All of the creatures in the abby drop the pouch, so find a spot with lots of abysmal leaches. They only have 10 hp! You might have to move occationally to get away from the walkers though. I can get all my pouchs back in less then 10mins this way.

a lot of the quests give experience to more then just defence though here is a list of quests that give exp to defence or a noncombat stat between a rock- 5000 shadow of the storm- 10000 one small favour- 20000 monkey madness (if you could actually beat it good luck)- 35000 that yeilds 70,000 exp i think legends(has prayer requirement) not sure on recipe for desaster *edit* this link may help its from the offical runescape page http://kbase.runescape.com/lang/en/aff/ ... le_id=1773

this is my personal favorite i wear this when i dont want to be bothered about my party hat I wear this just cause it looks really cool

i like the idea of another cooking guild but i dont think it needs all the frills
