I would melee the babies in Taverly dungeon. Blues are always packed so make it easy on yourself. If you do do dragons I would bank hides and bury bones. If you're near the end of the task bank a few bones if you have space. BoB familiar ftw.

I'm lev 70 attk and my d long isnt doin too great really. Its slow and kinda weak for pc and other stuff. I was gonna get a whip but i cant train str with it. Buy rune ess Run air runes for 9x or 10x Sell back to ge I believe its around 12k per 1k air runes. And thats about 4 trips of 28 rune ess each :)
