Or, you know the bridge around the outside? Stay there, the demon can't get you. The gnomes will hit 1s on him, in about 10 mins, when he's really really low, go out and pull of a msb special. Should ko. YOU need the last shot to kill him btw. That's how i did it with 1 prayer and 1 defence, at like 45 combat
