ok im going to start by telling you not to flame me for this but this would require the dayliy reprograming of rs they would have to release a new map evry day. i l;ove the idea but its just not practicle for a free game like rs i dont know any names for sure but i know there is games that you can do this on maby you should check one of those out

ok some of you need to listen they wouldnt go make monsters that are near citys have more range but like the spiders that guard the respwaning saph that would be nice so some lv 10 noob couldnt go run back and fourth and get rich off it the wildy would be the perfect place to do this becuse no noobs could go there but you could keep the monsters from comeing out of the wildy

this would totaly unbalince the game and would make it easyer for pkers to rule the wildy.
