  1. I was just wondering the xp you get during a game of pest control, when attacking monsters during a round. I know that xp is minimised, because otherwise you would be getting xp both during and out of the game! (through points) For example, if I cast a fire strike during PC, would I get the normal 12xp I'd get from normal training, or is it reduced? I've looked all over the official site for this, yet can't find the answer. Thanks!
  2. Thank you, I'll do that. Despite the lowest boat having slowest xp its still a really great way to train hp!
  3. So is this the only change? Is it still 1 point per game won? And is the point conversion into xp still the same? Thanks!
  4. Hehe =p, thanks a lot, but I'm 100% sure a real life friend of mine paid via mobile phone credit. It's really confusing.
  5. Thanks a lot, but have you put into account the changed PC update and the fact that I can only get into 'boat 1'? (whatever that means)
  6. So I've decided to become a member, but I'm wondering if I could use my sim card credit to pay for it, ie. over my mobile. I've read about this method on the official website, but it states that payment via SMS is only for those in the UK and another country I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve forgotten. I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m from Australia, and recently a friend also managed to pay for membership via leftover credit. Any advice will do. Thanks!
  7. After playing as a F2P for almost two years now, I've finally decided to get members on an account I've made for staking. It's stats right now are: 40 attack 65 strength 1 defence 70 range 65 hitpoints 50 combat. Well, my initial plans were to firstly get 70 or so hitpoints, whilst retaining as much as possible, my current range and strength levels. The only way to do this would be I guess Pest Control. According to calculations and useful tip it guide, I'd need around 400 points. So I'm just wondering: - Approximately how long would 400 points take to achieve? - How will the new Pest Control update affect, if at all, my current plans? Thanks a lot!
  8. Good luck, I achieved the same goal towards the end of last year: 99 range F2P only, at 40 defence. My low combat makes pking great, and I easily pk over 50 sets of full rune a month even with limited playing time, and with time spent on other areas. That should give you more encouragement. =p
  9. Thanks, but I'm going to stick to woodcutting. Any other people know?
  10. Bump. Still seeking answer.
  11. Bump, really need help!
  12. Hey, I have a skilling pure, and I was wondering how much I would make approximately per hour at 70 woodcutting. Thanks. I hope I can get accurate answers. =p
  13. The problem is that they aren't equipable. I think everyone is mis-interperating me. I do not want a handle because I have head. I want a handle so that my character will look unique. The only way I can achieve this is by getting the random whilst mining/woodcutting and then leave the handle equipped and never take it off. Thanks for the offer though. =p
  14. Hi, currently I am trying to obtain a axe/pickaxe handle for an account on which I will no longer train combat. I know that the only way to get them is by either mining or woodcutting and waiting for the head to fall off. I was wondering how often this occurs and whether it does so only on the first swing taken at rock/tree. Thanks.
  15. I'd never tele, but I'd run only if I had no more food. If it was an agreed DM, I would stay.
  16. then its 1 full rune per 10 ppl so omly 20k an hour... Umm no I think you fail to understand. You don't just do this once. You keep doing it in different worlds, luring people up and KOing them. I usually get about 10 people. Agreed, luring easily earns over 200k per hour per person. Most of the time a lot more.
  17. Hehe Hazard, great guide. I love the luring part. Also, many people falsely depict luring as wrong/against the rules of Runescape/Tip.It. However, luring is not wrong as long as the person who is being lured is already in the wilderness. (In this case, we are luring PKers who are at hill giants. On the other hand, if you are luring a person who is maybe trying to sell something with the intention of killing them instead of paying them for that item, that is wrong. Oh, and Hazard is a nub Irl!
  18. The thing is that I don't plan to AFK train. I'll be next to the screen the whole time. Also, what would happen if you weren't killed by a random?
  19. Customer support, isn't that for members only/isn't it dodgy?
  20. Are you 100% certain about this? If so, my fears will be gone. However, I have during the course of my training seen a level 90+ get killed by an evil chicken. I was sure that he had been disconnected because he did not move away/retaliate as he was attacked. I am also sure that the chicken took over 3 minutes to kill him, which is why I doubt your statement. The reason I want to know so much about this is because as I have stated before, have various rares on this account, and the prospect of it being permanently logged in..well, I don't like it since it'll be gone forever. =p For one; he might not have been disconnected, but still logged in and not paying attention; in that case, he wouldn't have been logged because he was still in combat, but not disconnected. Secondly, I am 100% sure that you get logged off after a set period of time after you are disconnected. Mabye it's longer than 60 seconds, but it definatly does. Thirdly... even in the arbitrary case that it didn't, do you really think that you wouldn't get help from customer support? I mean, a J-Mod booted Durial321 off of world 111 during that 'incident'. Very strong points, I think I'll start training there again. And even if all else fails, a system update would definately knock me off wouldn't it? That said, do all worlds update on system updates?
  21. Nope, you're wrong, even if you don't click your mouse, you will stay continually logged in as long as you are being attacked. True, but if you loose connection, it will log you out 60 seconds after you lost connection, wheather you are fighting somthing or not. Jagex is smarter than to let someone become 'stuck' indefinatly. Are you 100% certain about this? If so, my fears will be gone. 22. The thing is, I have a considerable amount of rares in this account. It is interesting how you say you disconnect your Internet and you automatically log out. Is this true? I have the feeling that your character will still be logged in fighting the monk.
