Imo, the only thing that matters is legendaries and mega-evolutions. The rest of them can be traded for sooner or later. Wonder trade ftw?

I think me, you and Ambler are the only harpies that still play. Well I don't play hardcore right now, probably because my stats [bleep]ing suck I haven't felt like playing rs since rs3 was released. It looks like a generic mmo now :/. That's around the time I finally quit. It was a slow death tho, with months of inactivity followed by brief spurs of glacors and dailies that died down to dailies and then I' drop those. I still kinda miss it sometimes but I know that's just nostalgia speaking.

Pokebank sounds intriguing. (!! I spelled that right without a spellchecker!) I might be interested in competitive battling if I don't have to spend hours working on the perfect mon.

I personally love the way it looks seeing as it is a walking snail without a shell. You are also missing the point of its stats. The mon itself is best used as a pivot. Giving it the Assault Vest item makes it one of the bulkiest mons on the special side with many good resistances and few weaknesses. It has an excellent movepool with decent special attack that allows it to hit a lot of stuff for super effective damage. Its ability is a really nice one too for switching into weaker or resisted physical moves. Is it a Garchomp or a Dragonite? No. But it surely isn't an Altaria or Flygon (bless their hearts for trying though). You lost me at assault vest. Also, I'm uniterested in competitive battling because reasons. Plus, Goodra just looks and sounds like a poison/dragon pokémon.

Yeah it can learn a few poison moves. Honestly, I just like my mons to have high speed and offense instead of def. As for IVs, I pay no attention to them. In fact the only reason I have a Goodra was because I found a shiny goomy.

Goodra just really disappointed me honestly. Not a fan of the looks, and the lack of decent offensive stats doesn't help. Also, goo in pokemon terms should mean poison...

Well the rush is over last time I checked. I dunno, I live in Canada where it's such a smaller deal. I seriously wonder tho, how many of the deals are actual deals - vs stuff like, first X people get something awesome and 10X people show up. (Those just sound like very effective loss leaders to me.) Or very cleverly disguised clearance items. I've grown extremely cynical of sales since working retail. Like I said, stores have sales because they benefit from them (er, theoretically)

I fail to see how it's relevant. I mean, sure, my store being open 2 hours early is relevant to me and people who want to buy stuff before work, but other then that... Also, something I've learned from working in retail that's actually pretty obvious if you think about it: stores have sales because it benefits them. You know that item you want on sale? That's really popular and lots of other people will buy it? That you will probably buy anyways? Protip: that will never go on sale. Honestly, most items on sale on black friday are probably clearance or loss leaders.
