I'm thinking this might already be in phpbb, but only available to admins or something. I run a small forum on the side and it has this feature, but I am unaware if it is part of the "standard" package.

you can get the pendant from either side. However, maybe a note at the end saying that the pendant can be worn to stop creatures of armadyl from attacking you in the GWD.

I'm actually kind of surprised. If the pictures weren't of people drinking on campus, I didn't know the school could do anything about it. At least in all the high schools I've heard of (including my own), the school is only allowed to take action if the student is found to be drinking/doing drugs on campus. That policy makes a lot more sense in my opinion (than being allowed to suspend a student who got drunk, but not on campus).
I'm pretty sure that's how it works in all of the country. As long as it didn't happen on school property, a trip, or similar, a school has no jurisdiction. However, I think the school may still attempt to "help" people with counseling, etc.

Not that great of a suggestion considering cost and the proximity to a bank. I'd just go with monks. They heal half as much but cost 10% as much.

Even if they made such a specific shop, they would never EVER release the ammount they were going to buy the maples for...
Unless they said "59.6 gp per log." Though the entire problem could be fixed by placing an essence mine in MTK.

its obvious you should buy atleast one godsword. armadyls the most expensive + strongest so you should go with that.
for the other 570m, buy 99s. phats are pretty much useless now.
armadyl isn't good for much besides high hits. Sara has a 10x more useful spec.

How can you come up with an exact value? The experience varies significantly based on hits.

I do them, always. I take torags, black mask, and a whip, an anti-fire and combat pot, and the rest lobbies. I can complete any assignment under 20 and come away with a full inventory of bones (40k) and the chance of a rare drop.

I think both of these clues are already in the guide. However, if you feel these do not represent the actual clues, please post a picture of the actual clue.

The caucus for the Republicans was pretty much a joke. 5 Different candidates have all taken at least 10 percent of the vote, and Giuliani wasn't even in the field.
Basically, the only thing the caucus told us was: Dems are going to be Obama, Edwards, or Clinton and Republicans are not going to be Hunter.

The war on terror is great. There was never a more efficient use for money in the US of A. We're not really spending that much, I mean the conservative estimates are what, 2 trillion? And it's really effective. We've charged untold 0s of people with terrorism-related crimes (although thousands have been arrested).

Honestly, the entire war situation has been severely mishandled, and has allowed the executive branch of the American government to overstep it's boundaries, and a congress (with a 95%+ reelection rate) is more concerned with being "politically correct" and "staying in power" than fulfilling the constitution they were sworn to uphold.
It's nam all over again. And not just the fighting insurgents/(freedom fighters). It's the gulf of tonken resolution. The American congress foolishly allowed the president the same, unrestricted war-making powers 3 decades later.

Starting from today all boss monster drops will rise in price.
With no announcement on the loot sharing update no one will want to kill boss monsters, or very few people will and thus decrease the supply of the items.
Not everything. A lot of the dk drops can be soloed, as well as all of the Bandos stuff (or teamed in w6 with no sharing of drops).
