i think it was smart to make the dragon wc axe the same as rune axe because. It wouldnt be fair on the people who have there wc lvl already at 99 :D

I thnik the reason why they didnt make the dragon axe better then rune axe is because. 1. it would'nt be fair on the people who have already got there wc to 99 2. people would get to 99 much faster. 3. i dnt no 3 lol :D
