nice guide! i can say i shall be testing it out for myself in the weeks to come. i doubt it will have any real negative effect on the amount of ores available as people who spend the time reaching level 85 mining tend to have other skills to be occupied with.

i think you should just keep it and forget about it. by the time the guy puts his chat on he will probably have forgotten about it himself. on the off chance he does log in ask him if he wants it back. but most likely he would just blank you anyway.

personally i use it on whichever skill i happen to be doing at the time. every little helps when trying to achieve a goal.

nice little guide here. but i few things you may like to add. glory: helps a whole lot. i 1 hit nearly all gem rocks while wearing mine(fully charged) boots of lightness: not a biggie but helps if you bank fairly often like me.
