  1. lol, it looks like a small cat against the moon. Nice monsters.
  2. Xhayzie -- Pretty good, I may pay a bit for it. I wouldn't give a great ammount for it though. Ryan -- Okay, I see your point. Maybe the abstract one wasn't the type of thing that would require tons of skill. Maybe it wouldn't be best. But as I said I'd like a variety of styles, and so far that's really been the only good abstract.
  3. I may not comment on every one. Yours was somewhat humorous, but far from halarious, and there are many similar images. I could also make one like that myself very easily.
  4. Xhayzie -- Pretty cool, but I see what you mean about the damaged quality. Please upload the bitmap or whatever file type it was origonally and post a link. Also, the text could be better.... nachtschaduw -- As for your first blueish banner, neat background, but the round object looks rather out of place. Could you try changing the color scheme of it? As for your other, the skull looks pretty good, and the consistent glowing effect is neat, but overall it's rather simplistic. Lastpak -- Background isn't so great.... Thanks for the advice, everyone, I will certainly reconsider.
  5. 1_Hit_Quit -- Very good, definently something I'd like to buy. Keiphus -- Looks very nice, and the theme is great, but rather plain. Please try adding some backgrounds. wrym -- A bit simplistic, but nice in general. nachtschaduw -- Looks neat, good for many games. Please try changing the font, it's rather plain. Chicken -- Background is nice, but please add some more content. Computer parts, cartoony characters, whatever. Agent_F -- I can't see the image, seems the link is broken. Please try re-uploading it.
  6. Hey, pretty good. Normally I would like something with some sort of decorations, and a big flashy text in the center or top, but that sort of thing I guess I could use as a title page and draw the name of the game ontop, enabling me to re-use it. As for improvements, maybe change the font and make it a bit bigger. Also the torquose (spelling?) color looks okay, but I think a different color might be better. As for the background mask, whatever you think (EDIT: I think it's the blur that I don't like)
  7. I'd like to see banners from a variety of artists before I spend all my money, but I'll certainly consider buying banners early.
  8. Your work looks pretty good, see my topic please (just search my name if you can't find it easily).
  9. Thanks for participating. Yes, as Nadril said, I will buy more than one banner. Forgot to mention, write "Sample" or your name on banners if you don't want me to have the whole thing at the time. But if you do, be sure not to totally obscure the banner, or it will be hard for me to judge the quality.
  10. The banners will be used in games and other programs. I usually use 640-480 or 800-600 as dimensions for the windows in my programs. If they are that size, I will be able to use them as title pages. If not, I can still use them for loading screens and maybe other things like putting on a site.
  11. Contest over. I'll contact you privately if you've won anything.
  12. Paying RuneScape money? No, it's just screenshots. In the time it would take to pay someone, one could have taken a dozen screenshots.
  13. I did use other sources to get most of the links, but I didn't copy the whole thing from another forum. I still had to put them together, organise the list, test some of them, and translate it all into BBcode. Sounds like a simple series of tasks, but with such a large structure it's a big job. I also added some of my own.

  15. I have around 500 fonts on my PC, don't need more. But to create good text, I would need to obscure the characters individually. I have started on a banner for a game I'm working on. I'll post it soon.
  16. I do not value the respect of those I do not know, and I don't play RuneScape any more. I never said I would be using new programs. I said it would take a lot of effort to produce the best, highest quality product. I will have to hand edit any fonts I use, and do some much more sophisticated lineart.
  17. Saying "Do the best sig you can possibly do" is a bigger request that it may sound. I might do it if I find the time. If I do, it will probably be for a project I'm making (I do a lot of programming), because I don't want to put so much effoft in something with no productivity.
  18. I do know a lot about keyloggers, I just don't know how they're programmed so efficiently. Made they take screenshots and compare images. What do you mean? Paying for what? ??? Explain if you'd like.
  19. First, did you read the security notice? Seemingly not. Second, I don't think you realise how small the chance of getting a keylogger is. I do know much about them. Not only do they take the ultimate level of skill to program without being obvious, but even if I did accomplish that and wanted your accounts, it would take me 10 years to find out when you were typing your username. Maybe the very few people who have made successful keyloggers have a more efficient way, but I'm not that great a programmer.
  20. Again, thoughtless negative comments. Nobody has requested particularly detailed signatures. That is why they are simplistic.
  21. There is a difference between professional quality and commercial quantity. I've tried to stick up for you a little but this statement doesn't help you. Professional quality might not be as fancy, but all of it's aspects are usually perfect. Color choice is always exact and the image itself is smooth and clean. Your images seems just like filters from photoshop. Professionals can achieve their goals without using filters in photoshop. I do not use filters in photoshop. And if anyone knows about coloring, about lighting, it's me. I've programmed many image editors and written many guides on contrast, resolution, dithering, etc.
  22. I hate this security, but I suppose it's understandable. Would executables be okay? I'm guessing not, since you can store other files in executables.... I'll just post a screenshot instead.

Rate a photo? Is this an evaluation of your photography skills? This really isn't the place....
  25. I will do everything I can to ensure that everyone sees the content of the program is safe. First, I will have a readme saying something like this: You can run the program through any scanners you want, and if anyone finds something questionable, they can report it at their will. I will even go as far as to include a guide to tracking down keyloggers, with some links to trusted antivirus program sites. If you have any more ideas of what I can do, let me know. -ToD
